Confirming Your Order from Email

Access your order and confirm your details within a couple of minutes. Once you get a quote from Juno (our email quoting tool that automatically responds when you reach out to orders@oway.io), this guide will walk through confirming and ensuring all the details are correct.


Quote Submission via Juno

After sending a quote request to orders@oway.io, making sure to include:

  • Pick up zip code

  • Delivery zip code

  • Number of Pallets

  • Total weight of all pallets

  • Any accessorials needed(Liftgate at delivery, appointment pick up, limited access, etc.)

Click on the link to confirm your details on our website.

Please note: Juno cannot confirm order details via email so rather than responding "This is confirmed" via email, you can easily confirm your shipment following these steps.


Logging into Oway

Once you've clicked on the link, you'll be prompted to log in. If you've shipped with us before, you already have an account, but can't remember your login, click I forgot my password to reset your password.

Once you've reset your password, you can click on the link from Juno and it will take you to the Order Confirmation page.


Finalizing details

Now you're at the exciting part, finalizing your Oway Order!

Once you've clicked on the Juno link, it will bring you to this screen where you can Edit Details in the top right corner.

You can then confirm:

  1. Pallet Dimensions & Weight

  2. Description of Goods

  3. Then click Save Changes


Enter Pick Up & Delivery Details

Make sure to enter Business Name, Address, Contact Information & Contact Phone Number.

Then select:

  • Accessorials (liftgate, limited access, etc.)

  • Operating Hours

  • Pick up ASAP or select pickup date if you don't want it picked up today

And finalize by clicking Save Change


Confirm Final Details

As a last step, check:

  • Accessorials

  • PO or Reference Number

Then click I affirm that all the above details of this order are correct and finally, click Confirm and you're done!


You're done!

Now give us a bit of time to get your shipment matched with the perfect truck and once it's matched, you will get sent your Bill of Lading and Shipping Label to your email. Please make sure to Print the Shipping Label and attach it to your pallet.
